SunTrust Bank Nigeria Limited has appointed Kudi Badmus as Executive Director, reinforcing its leadership team as the bank accelerates its growth strategy.
Badmus brings more than three decades of experience spanning banking, energy, and infrastructure, positioning her as a key addition to the bank’s executive management. She is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and holds a degree in Accounting from Ahmadu Bello University.
Her extensive career includes serving as Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer at Eterna Plc, where she played a pivotal role in capital raising, financial restructuring, and business expansion initiatives.
She also held executive positions at ASO Savings and Loans Plc, as well as senior roles at Polaris Bank—formerly Bond Bank—and First City Monument Bank.
In addition to her corporate experience, Badmus is the Founder and Director of Fort Capital Ltd, where she leads investment strategy and partnership development.
Her appointment is expected to strengthen SunTrust Bank’s execution capacity as it expands operations and deepens its presence in Nigeria’s competitive banking sector.
