Aimed at providing relief to citizens contending with rising transportation costs, especially during festive periods, the move reflects a commendable commitment to addressing challenges faced by both the business community and the general populace.
“The business community stands to gain significantly from this intervention, as lower transportation costs translate into reduced operational expenses for businesses engaged in interstate commerce, contributing to improved profitability and economic growth.”
While applauding the collaborative approach taken by the Federal Government, involving various Ministries, such as Solid Minerals, Information, and Transportation, the LCCI underscores the importance of meticulous planning and coordination to address potential logistical challenges.
