GIG Mobility has announced plans to host its 2026 Product Conference themed “INTEGRATO,” as part of efforts to address fragmentation in Nigeria’s mobility and logistics sector.
The event, scheduled for April 23, 2026, in Lagos, is expected to bring together industry leaders, policymakers, and technology innovators to discuss the future of transportation and logistics in Africa.
According to a statement by the company, the conference will focus on building a seamless and fully integrated mobility ecosystem, amid ongoing challenges such as multiple booking platforms, inconsistent travel experiences, and disconnected payment and logistics systems.
The Chief Executive Officer of GIG Mobility, Enahoro Okhae, said the initiative reflects a shift from isolated service delivery toward a unified platform connecting different aspects of travel and logistics.
He explained that the current mobility landscape often forces travellers to rely on multiple services to complete a single journey.
Okhae noted that the company aims to streamline this process by integrating services such as booking, transportation, payments, accommodation, and logistics into one coordinated system.
According to him, the conference will also provide an opportunity for participants to experience the company’s innovations firsthand.
Attendees are expected to witness product launches and live demonstrations of integrated digital systems designed to improve efficiency across the mobility ecosystem.
GIG Mobility added that the event will feature keynote sessions and industry discussions aimed at challenging traditional mobility models while highlighting the growing role of technology in improving accessibility and operational efficiency.
The company said its integrated approach is designed not only to improve convenience for travellers but also to unlock wider economic opportunities by connecting people, businesses, and services more effectively.
With urbanisation and digital adoption accelerating across Nigeria, the company emphasised that demand for reliable and seamless mobility solutions continues to rise.
It noted that integration remains a critical factor in sustaining growth and improving service delivery within the transport and logistics sector.
The conference is also expected to reinforce GIG Mobility’s position as a key player in Nigeria’s evolving mobility landscape, with a focus on delivering a unified travel experience that eliminates inefficiencies across the value chain.
GIG Mobility provides transport and logistics services across Nigeria, leveraging technology to enhance customer experience and expand access to integrated travel solutions.
