It was frills and thrills at Y2020 interactive forum and nine lessons carol for Christian pupils in Lagos as three outstanding pupils have emerged winners of Bible Quiz Competition for their sterling performance in Lagos last week.
Master Showunmi Semi love from Araromi Primary school Mushin came first position,followed closely by Adetunji-Hanna from Raniatu Thompson Primary School Surulere and thirdly Master Akinjide Blessing Estate Primary school lba Estate Ojo.
The event organised by Lagos State Universal Education Board with a theme *My Redeemer liveth attracted religious stakeholders, Teachers and people from all walks of life.
Speaking at the event, LASUBEB chairman Hon Wahab Alawiye -king said event aim at expressing love to every child in the state and appreciate God for keeping all of us alive. He added that we love, care and value children as stakeholders in education.
The unique event brought children regardless of background and tribe include special children and less privileged and intelligent ones in the society; “however, no child or student is left behind in LagosState.”

The Christmas carol ministration also includes Bible reading, the popular drama on “Birth of Jesus Christ and three wise men” were performed by pupils from Agege,Kosofe and Surulere.while memory verses and Bible lessons were rended by pupils from Ifako ljaiye Eti Osa and Ojo Local government educational districts all thrilled the audience with preformances. Others were from GRA School, Mushin , Isolo and Badagry.
Pastor Femi Oladosu, representing General Overseer Mountain of Fire Ministry , said the period to show love,and appreciate Jesus Christ who was born for all of us to live.
He added there is need to acknowledge God’s power through worship , praise, prayers and Christmascarols The songs have impacted our lives positively and given hope to all.
He encourages to pray for the Lagos state Governor Babajide Sanwo Olu and world as we face COVID19pandemic. He prayed for God Almighty for sustaining people to see a better new year.
