Why government should or should not restrict food imports

The Federal Government has announced that the Lockdown would still be in place in Lagos, Abuja and Ogun. According to the President Mohammadu Buhari in his broadcast Monday, the Lockdown will be relaxed by Monday 4th May.

He announced that from 4th May, selected businesses are to open from 8am to 6pm, while the curfew remains in place from 8pm to 6am.

MMeanwhile, restrictions on social and religious gathering remains in place while interstate movement until is still restricted until further notice.

However, Kano state is on total lockdown for the next 2 weeks.
